Nexon Transportation operates as both a licensed motor carrier and a licensed freight broker.

Quotes
All quotes provided via the website are considered Spot Rates, based on current market capacity, and are subject to change until a Load Confirmation is signed.
Important: Quotes are not final until a Load Confirmation document is signed by both parties.
Liability
Nexon Transportation's liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by the Carmack Amendment and is limited to our cargo insurance coverage.

Higher coverage limits may be negotiated in writing upon request.
Payments
Standard payment terms are subject to credit approval.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of San Bernardino County, California.
